Yes we are.
How much do you charge for delivery?
For UK delivery we charge £2.95 for orders under £30. For orders over £30 delivery is free. Regrettably, we are unable to post overseas.
When will I get my order?
We try to post orders received on weekdays before 2pm and send by 2nd class post, so usually 2-3 working days.
What is your refund policy?
We are happy to refund items purchased from us provided they are returned in a saleable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage costs. Please let us know if you are going to return an item by post so that we look out for it.
Can you get me a book which isn't listed on the website?
Very often we can, our wholesaler stocks over 200,000 titles. Please contact us and ask!
Can you suggest a book for my grandson / cousin / sophisticated friend / granny?
