Lockdown Closure 2021 and Click & Collect

Dear Friends

We are now closed again, as are so many others. All is not lost however. We are allowed to stay open for deliveries, and where necessary, click & collect. 

As far as I see it we have a moral responsibility to keep everyone safe, where we can. For this reason, if you would like some books then first and foremost we would prefer you to order from our website, if we have the books in stock. If you need something we don’t stock (or some art materials), then please email us on info@whitehorsebooks.co.uk and we can sort things out from there. We intend to deliver direct from our wholesalers where possible and sensible. Should you live round the corner however, it makes more sense to pop by to pick up. The shop will only be staffed for very limited hours so please check all available channels for information. 

We currently intend to be here at the following times: 10.00am – 2.00pm Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. 

This may change but we will ensure that any changes are communicated through all channels. I firmly believe in a flexible plan so do ask if you have specific requirements and be flexible also in your expectations! 

We have decided to cancel all art courses which were scheduled to happen in January and February. We hope to be able to reschedule them for Spring. Edwina will be contacting everyone who has signed up to any of these courses over the next week. A refund will be available on all bookings but as with all other things please be patient!
