Author talk with Lissa Evans

Lissa Evans was a big hit when she spoke at the Literature Festival five (five!) years ago, and we’re excited and flattered that she’s coming back to the White Horse Bookshop on Thursday 5th September at 6pm, to talk about her new novel, on the day of publication. 

Small Bomb at Dimperley, set in the immediate aftermath of the Second World War is a delight, funny and touching, all about finding hope and moving forward in a time of inevitable and irresistible change. Lissa’s many fans will love it. Don’t miss this opportunity to practice sitting still and being amused and diverted before LitFest begins!
